I was talking to someone at work today and they really wanted to see more cards up here, so here I am, I will pop some pics up more regulary so you can see what I "Try" to get done in my spare time LOL. I also am getting a lot of inspiration off the web for my craft room, so if I start putting up some pics it will keep me motivated, well lets hope. We also have the Royal Melbourne Show coming up here in Melbourne which is always a great hit with the kids (but not my purse) I show my Great Danes at the show and we are on the first Sunday of the show this year which is fantastic. Fingers crossed we do ok.
Also as a little special for my new website up and going anyone placing an order $100 or over between now and the end of October will go into a draw for wonderful gifts. They can be anything from stamp sets, ribbon or paper. There will be one draw a week so its easy to enter place your order and get your name in there (1 entry of every $100 spent). There will also be a draw for workshop customers, spend your $100 or more at a workshop and go into the draw for the gift of the workshop as well as the prize of the week, but be quick as this only last until October 31st.
This first card have made for a workshop that I am doing on the week end, the theme the lady wanted was christmas cards so using our new Merry & Type stamp set I ended up with this result.
I love using the Big shot to decorate my cards an I am finding I am using it more and more. I think the embossed dots make the card look complete so such little effort.
Since alot of people these days give gift crads for a present, I thought we could also do a card and gift card holder all in one. It looks so much better than just giving the voucher in an envelope. It also makes it just that little bit more special.
My last card I Cased off the internet and I just loved it. I thought it would make a great Fathers Day card. I was happy with how it turned out considering I need a whole lot more practice with my brayer LOL.
I hope you have enjoyed my cards, if you would like to make a few of your own at a workshop of just want to order the parts used please send me an email. I also now have my official Stampin' Up! website so you can look at more things there. You can head over there if you like by clicking HERE.
Hope you pop back soon, until then
Happy Crafting
Alisha
