Hi all, hope you had a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful new year. Did santa bring ou all nice new stamping stuff???
Well incase you all have money to spend now in our gorgeous new Summer mini catalogue, we have put together some ideas on how to out those new items to use LOL.
I love the Stampin Up community because you meet some really great people, make some lovely friends and get to show off your work with some very talented people.
You may have just come from Sue's wonderful home on the web, but dont worry if you haven't, follow the links at the bottom of each page and it will take you to the next blog until you end up right back at the start, so you won't miss a thing.
I have made three items today, 2 with a little bit of bling and well I don't let the last one miss out either (you will see).
My first card is made with Indigo Island, a little bit of Pool Party and a touch of BLING. The Bling is our new Glimmer Paper, It comes in a two pack of either red or silver. The stamp set Pretty Postage is also new as is the Postage Stamp Punch...I love this one. I have dyed the ribbon with Indigo Island re inker and used en francais background stamp.
The next little box is a Bigz dye for the Big Shot called Candy Wrapper, this has been made in Marina Mist. The Bling in this project is also the silver glimmer paper but I have used my re inkers and my aqua pen to blend them. So as you can see you can have whatever colour glimmer paper you want, all you need is the re inker.Pretty Postage Stamp set and punch are used again here.
Last but not least is my nautical birthday card using our new The Open Sea stamp set. I love this set, so hard to get a nice masculine card. I didnt leave out the bling as you can see it is underneath the card LOL couldnt let it be left out. A little distressing up the top, a bit of linen thread down the bottom and its done.
I hope you like my creations, if you have any questions, wish to buy any of the above products or more just contact me via email or phone 03 8711 4401 from anywhere in Australia and we can get it done, but now I must share you with everyone else. Make a cuppa and have alook at the gorgeous creations these very talented ladies are making, starting with Kathryn Ruddick. I know she will have something stunning for you.
Thanks for visiting.
Lovely projects Alisha! The glitter paper adds a great touch doesn't it? My fave though is the gorgeous Open Sea card. I love the way you have used it and am very tempted to add this set to my collection now!

What can I say bling bling bling, I too have been loving the Open Seas stamp set it just is the best for masculine cards that we all struggle doing.

I love all your bling. I was wondering which ribbon you'd used on your first card until you said you'd dyed it - clever idea! Your candy wrapper box is so sweet, and the masculine card is just perfect.
